About

Six-month cEDH league at Trade Inn (Koorzen Centre, Strand). Play all six Saturday events and accumulate F1-style league points from your daily finishing position.

On the day

  • Registration and deck checks from 09:30
  • Round 1 begins at 11:00
  • 50-minute rounds
  • Top 4 receive store credit prizes

League finale prizes (overall standings after all six events)

  • 1st — Modern Horizons III Play Booster Box
  • 2nd — Modern Horizons III Bundle
  • 3rd — Modern Horizons III Collector Booster Box
  • Top 12 — event playmat
  • Top 10 — random booster packs

Rules

Format & deck registration

  • cEDH (competitive Commander) — official MTG rules
  • Deck registration required for each league day
  • Up to 15 proxies allowed, including Reserved List cards

Schedule

  • Registration and deck checks: 09:30
  • Round 1 begins: 11:00
  • Round length: 50 minutes

In-day scoring (match points)

Each player starts with 1000 points.

  • Before each match, every player bets 10% of their current total
  • The winner takes all points bet in that match; losers forfeit their bets
  • On a tie, all players in the pod forfeit the points they bet

League standings (F1-style)

After each event day, the top 10 players receive league points toward the overall series:

Entry fee

R150 per event, payable on the day.
